Refund policy
At Agthrive, customer service is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and feel comfortable trying our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your first order, we will offer a full refund. We value your feedback and would appreciate knowing why you were not satisfied, but this is entirely up to you.
For orders after the first, we do not accept returned coffee as it is a perishable item and is always roasted to order. However, in the event of a damaged delivery or if our shipping department made an error and you received the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. We are unable to process exchanges or returns after 48 hours.
